Chief Architect, CEO & Founder

Francis graduated with a degree in BS Computer Science with a Cum Laude distinction from the University of the Philipines. As the Chief Enterprise Architect of Sinag Solutions, he has developed and transformed EA for both public and private sectors such as Finance, Warehousing, Energy Development, the Health Sector, Office of the Chief Justice, DENR, DICT, FMCGs, and Univeristies to name a few. He also has a passion for swimming, singing, and family time.

Enterprise Architecture Delivery Team Manager

Azel’s career started at Accenture as an IT support staff handling level 1 support for different projects within Accenture. She then moved to another company to become a pioneer member of the IT Team for system and process improvement. She started in Sinag as a Systems analyst, then moved on as a Senior Business Architect and the current Manager of the EA team. She graduated from Adamson University with a degree in Computer Science where she learned basic programming language, web design, and sytems analysis.

Client Engagement Team Manager

Japee started out as a pioneer proponent for smartphones at a time when they were called Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) under Microsoft platform. Before the popularity of Chery Mobile and Star Mobile, Japee successfully introduced the Torque brand nationwide. He then transitioned to Smart Communications Inc., as part of the Marketing team directly supporting SMEs. As General Manager of Sony Xperia, he captured 20% market share in over just a year and sustained company growth. Prior to Sinag, Japee was also the Head of Mobility for MSI-ECS, the largest distribution company locally. Under his leadership, he transformed the division into a billion peso business. Japee also holds a degree in Social Science from Ateneo de Manila University.

Senior Business Architect

Migs graduated with a degree in Electronics and Communications from the De La Salle University – Manila. He is currently in his 3rd year of his post-graduate program in Business Administration. Migs’ career has been centralized in the IT industry, as he started at Trend Micro as a Security Engineer for a year, and then joined Hewlett Packard the year after. He has also worked on SAP and Order to Cash Applications. From being an Application Analyst, he moved to much bigger role as a Process Owner, then Process Lead. After five years with DXC Technology, he found a new home in Sinag Solutions, to further hone his acquired skills and develop new ones.

Project Manager

Lanz graduated with a degree in Information Technology from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He is currently taking his Masters in Information Technology from the same University. He started his career in IBM as an Advanced Programming Specialist for a year. He then moved to iRipple, a retail solutions company where started in project implementation and support of the mobility product for concessionaires and distributors and special projects. Over time, he has led client and project management from pitching, product delivery, and relationship management. He then moved to Sinag Solutions and has found a new home where he can fully utilize his existing skills, acquire new ones, and deliver value and service to clients and to the team

Assistant Engagement Manager

Jemie graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Communication Arts. She started out as a Marketing Assistant for Creatives and Events for Landco Pacific Corporation where her passion for marketing started. She then moved to Primer Group of Companies where she worked as an Operations and Marketing Associate and later on became a Marketing Supervisor focusing on building new brands and business ventures. After working in different companies, she found a new purpose and home at Sinag Solutions. Jemie is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at De La Salle University. She also has a passion for working out, reading, online shopping, and BTS.

Information Technology Specialist

Luis graduated from Far Eastern University Diliman, with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He is a passionate and hungry IT professional that always looks to understand the latest technology trends and learn industry IT best practices and apply it both in his professional and personal life.
He started his IT career in 2018 as an IT associate in RingCentral and created Knowledge Management Design using Confluence. He then moved on to DXC Technology as an IT Support before becoming Information Technology Specialist providing IT Infrastructure support for Sinag. He enjoys walking, making different eggs, and Marvel/DC Fan.

Senior Business Architect

Christine is a graduate of San Beda University with a bachelor’s degree in Information and Communications Technology. Christine’s commitment towards her career path allowed her to be involved with organizations such as Bedan InfoTech Society and The Spires. She also made significant contributions with one of Taytay’s largest clothing manufacturer’s Employee Management System. She has recently provided architectural support for De La Salle University and St. Luke’s business processes while utilizing her skills in iServer modelling.

Senior Business Architect

Jherine graduated from De La Salle University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Major in Software Technology. She started in Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer, providing technical support and troubleshooting for an international retail company. She then moved to De La Salle University’s Digital Transformation Team, where she worked as a Solutions Architect, focusing on the creation and development of integration architectures for ESB. She also has a passion for singing, dancing, and Seventeen.

Senior Business Architect

Ysai is a graduate of Industrial Management Engineering minor in Information Technology from De La Salle University. Her interest in business processes started when she joined SC Johnson as an Operational and Process Excellence intern. She started her career as a Management Trainee at Robby Rabbit, assisting in warehousing, inventory analysis, documenting processes and policies, and developing systems using VBA. Ysai then joined DLSU as a Process Analyst capturing and redesigning business processes under finance and supply chain, and later on participating in the student lifecycle domain. She then became part of Sinag Solutions as a Senior Business Architect to utilize acquired skills, develop new ones, and deliver value to the team. Ysai takes interest in learning the Korean language so she can watch Korean shows without English subtitles.
