Since 2008, he has been instrumental in teaching EA concepts and developing masterplans and roadmaps for clients as CEO & Chief Architect of Sinag Solutions. His expertise in Enterprise Architecture has been pivotal in driving strategic alignment and innovation within organizations.
In addition to his EA proficiency, Francis boasts extensive experience as a Program and Project Manager, holding the revered Project Management Professional (PMP) certification since 2004. Notably, he oversaw the implementation of P&G’s USD 6 billion Global eCommerce program, showcasing his adeptness in managing large-scale initiatives with precision.
In his relentless pursuit of growth and excellence, Francis Uy augmented his expertise by graduating with a Master of Science in Enterprise Architecture from Arden University in the UK. This educational endeavor fortified his already impressive repertoire of skills and knowledge, further solidifying his position as a trailblazer in the field.

Jherine graduated from De La Salle University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Major in Software Technology. She started at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer, providing technical support and troubleshooting for an international retail company. She then moved to De La Salle University’s Digital Transformation Team, where she worked as a Solutions Architect, focusing on the creation and development of integration architectures for ESB. She also has a passion for singing, dancing, and Seventeen.

Ysai is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering minor in Information Technology from De La Salle University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She has a combined six years of experience in business process management and improvement in both private and government clients across diverse industries covering the health sector, trade and industry sector, utilities, telecommunications, education, retail, and fast-moving consumer goods.
She also has hands-on experience in supply chain management in the retail industry. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and playing Stardew Valley.
Project Manager
Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas. He holds certifications as a PIIE-Certified Industrial Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and in Cybersecurity. With nine years of collective experience, he serves as a Project Manager, adept in project management, business process management, quality internal auditing, and customer service management across diverse industries, including IT Consulting, Logistics, Information Technology, Government, and Insurance Sales.
His project portfolio includes initiatives such as Data Integration Policy, Business Architecture Review, Data Analytics and Visualization, and Billing and Collection Portal Implementation.
Associate Business Architect Manager
Piolo graduated with a degree in BS Industrial Engineering from Mapúa University and is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. His passion for process improvement and development began when he joined organizations for industrial engineers, such as the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers and Production (PIIE) and the Operations Management Association of the Philippines (PROMAP) – Mapua Chapter. He also contributed to various projects in Sinag Solutions, including PAVI Primewater, DOH UHC, DOH Data Warehouse, and DTI Solution Architecture projects.
He initially embarked on his professional journey with Foodpanda’s Shared Kitchens New Verticals team as a logistics intern, where he provided end-to-end supply chain services nationwide, before finding a new home in Sinag Solutions, where he could further expand his knowledge and skills while making significant contributions to different projects.

Gab graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management Information Systems, specializing in Enterprise Systems. Serving as the Project Manager and UI/UX Designer for their capstone project, he contributed to the development of an E-commerce platform for a rice trading company in Cebu.
Additionally, Gab gained valuable experience as a UI/UX Intern at Scrambled Eggs Software, Inc., where he collaborated with the team on conducting research and performing design and documentation tasks. His interest in the EA field stemmed from exposure to classes on business process re-engineering and enterprise architecture.

Cielo graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Mapua University with a Cum Laude distinction and an Academic Gold Medal Award. Starting his career as a business process intern at Aboitiz Power Renewables Inc., he assisted the business systems management team with document reviews, audit preparations, and execution of their quality management system.
Cielo had also joined Megaworld Corporation as an internal auditor, having conducted audits on departments for ISO 9001 compliance as well as multibillion-peso construction projects. He then joined Sinag Solutions to learn more and use his acquired skills and experience to help the public and private sectors in their digital transformation journey. He is fond of learning new things, gaining knowledge from various forms of media, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Shanine is an Industrial Engineering graduate from Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna. Her first internship as a Process Architect at Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) sparked her interest in process modeling and business improvement. She had her second internship at Furukawa Electric Autoparts where she identified process bottlenecks inside the manufacturing assembly.
After earning her degree, she decided to pursue a career related to process architecture and became part of Sinag Solutions where she continues to apply and develop valuable skills. Shanine enjoys reading books and trying new experiences.

Hazel is a Cum Laude graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines – San Pedro, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. During her internship at Qpax Traffic Systems Inc., she honed her skills as a Frontend Website Developer, contributing to the creation of frontend websites for various Local Government Units (LGUs) utilizing the company’s services.
Hazel started her professional journey with Sinag Solutions, as a Junior Business Architect. Recently, she contributed to a project for JG Summit, where she worked closely with the team to manage their Enterprise Architecture (EA) tool and support the development of a comprehensive application and technology portfolio. On her days off, Hazel enjoys exploring new cafes and indulging in long, restful naps.

Andie graduated with a degree in AB Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. She began her career as a Compliance Associate at Aqwire, where she developed and enforced internal policies, improved data privacy practices, and supported corporate restructuring. Her role involved enhancing operational protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance. Following her time at Aqwire, Andie joined the Stratbase Group and BowerGroupAsia Philippines as a Research Analyst and Program Associate. In this position, she generated industry briefs and market research for sectors such as fintech, banking, and environment. She provided strategic insights and facilitated stakeholder discussions to promote sustainable business practices.
In addition to her roles in compliance and research, Andie co-founded Memorya.co, managing business operations, accelerating sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Her involvement extends to environmental and community-focused initiatives, where she has managed external relations and led impactful projects, demonstrating her dedication to advocacy and continuous professional growth.

Andrea is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – San Pedro, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. She completed her internship at AA2000 as a Project Manager, where she developed skills in project coordination and process documentation.
She began her professional journey at Sinag Solutions as a Junior Business Architect. Recently, she contributed to a project with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), where she supported business analysis and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and provide effective solutions for better service delivery.
On her rest days, she enjoys catching up on sleep.

Throughout his academic journey, he built a strong foundation in business analysis, data analysis, and frontend development through various projects. He was also introduced to EA during his time at the university, which sparked his interest in the field.
Gino gained professional experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Insular Life, where he optimized queries using BigQuery SQL, built Looker Studio dashboards, and conducted data validation to ensure accuracy. Starting his professional career, he joined Sinag Solutions to further expand his knowledge and skills and make meaningful contributions to different projects and initiatives.

Marvin graduated Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management Information Systems, specializing in Data Science and Analytics. Throughout his time at the university, he developed an interest in learning how technologies are able to transform organizations and focused on honing his skills in business analysis, data analysis, enterprise architecture, and project management in line with his newfound passion.
Marvin started his professional journey at Sinag Solutions as a Junior Business Architect where he recently supported a project with The World Bank and Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) by contributing to the business analysis and process improvement initiatives of the organization. In his free time, he loves playing all types of games and reading books.

Joshua graduated Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Industrial Engineering, major in Operations Research and Analytics, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. His academic background sparked a strong interest in business analysis, data analytics, and machine learning.
He began his career through internships at Del Monte Motor Works, Inc., where he conducted root cause analysis using flowcharts and process diagrams to identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he assisted in preparing feasibility reports for internal and external stakeholders.
He has since found a home at Sinag Solutions, where he identifies data and systems integration opportunities to support digital transformation and technology efforts. An advocate of Kaizen, Joshua is passionate about leveraging data, AI, and enterprise architecture to deliver meaningful, scalable solutions.
Senior Marketing & Engagement Manager
Jemie’s journey began at De La Salle University, where she studied Communication Arts. She started her career as a Marketing Assistant at Landco Pacific Corporation. Later, she worked at Primer Group of Companies in various roles, eventually becoming a Marketing Supervisor, focusing on launching new brands in the Philippine Market. It was here that her passion for marketing was sparked, leveraging her background in digital marketing, email marketing, and graphic design.
With a wealth of experience across various organizations, Jemie found her calling at Sinag Solutions, where her expertise and background in marketing strategies and human resources management are valued. She’s also pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at De La Salle University.
Outside of work and studies, Jemie enjoys working out, trying new things, and traveling.
Senior Information Technology Specialist
Luis graduated from Far Eastern University Diliman with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He is a passionate and driven IT professional who always seeks to understand the latest technology trends, learn industry best practices, and apply them in both his professional and personal life.
He started his IT career in 2018 as an IT associate at RingCentral, where he created Knowledge Management Designs using Confluence. He then transitioned to DXC Technology as an IT Support Specialist before taking on the role of IT Specialist, providing IT infrastructure support for Sinag.
In his leisure time, he enjoys walking, participating in Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, and indulging his love for Marvel/DC fandom.
